Lakea A. Perry is a licensed NACA In-House Real Estate Agent, serving WNY since 2019. NACA, or Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, is a non-profit organization that helps fight for economic justice by increasing homeownership opportunities for low and moderate income families with America’s Best Mortgage.
Prior to working with NACA, Ms. Perry was a licensed real estate agent with Howard Hanna, formerly known as Realty USA. She launched her first entrepreneurial venture in 2013 when she opened Yvonne’s Bakery and Cafe in Niagara Falls, NY. Shortly thereafter she ran for Niagara Falls City Council, a race that provided a wealth of knowledge on the needs of her community.
Ms. Perry is an alumna of Niagara County Community College and the Leadership Niagara Class of 2009, as well as former Operations Supervisor at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. She currently serves as Second Vice President and Financial Secretary of NOAH. She has also served on the board for Legends Park and as a Parent Trustee at Niagara Charter School.
